Beau Garraud
Beau got into massage therapy after witnessing what it could do for him firsthand as he recovered from an injury. Originally interested in psychology, he decided to pursue something that was a little more “hands-on helpful”. For Beau, it’s important to treat people the way he would want himself and his wife to be treated. A native of New York, he has lived in the upstate for nearly 25 years and loves it. In his spare time he enjoys reading, running Spartans, and spending time with family and friends.
Crystal Triplett
Crystal was tired of the desk job life. She wanted to feel like she was accomplishing something everyday and she’s always loved helping people. Being able to help people with their bodies and their pain or stress was a natural step for her. More than a decade ago she made the leap and hasn't looked back. Married with two children and a dog named Ziva, Crystal is passionate about being the type of person she would love for her son and daughter to grow up to be. She was born and raised in Brazil before settling in the upstate. In her free time she enjoys working out and spending time with her family and friends.
